After searches were made in connection with a girl's kidnapping case filed by the Visakhapatnam police against Shilpa and others, which is currently being investigated by the NIA, she was brought into jail. For the past three and a half years, Radha, a student of nursing, has been absent. The case has been reported under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act's different sections on kidnapping, wrongful confinement, unlawful assembly, rioting, and criminal conspiracy.
