Panneerselvam (OPS) in the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) General Council Meeting. EPS supporters in parliament raised slogans against OPS like “Traitor OPS” and “OPS Leave The Hall”. The former Ministers, MLAs including KP Munusamy, Sengottaiyan, Jayakumar, Dindigul Sreenivasan, among others, took the stage. The district party unit and supporters also called EPS as the ‘future general secretary’. After the rejection of all the resolutions, the supporters of O. Panneerselvam staged a walkout from the meeting. OPS wanted to have the dual leadership format in the party to continue.
