He said that the center is playing with the future of 6 lacs children in the state. He added, "Admissions are going on in the Universities but no one has been appointed as director for higher education since the last 22 days. After every 2 months, an officer of higher education, technical education is transferred like a musical chair. Either you don't understand what education means. For one officer if you change it is understandable but how can you change officers every three months? Higher education is for the youth of this country and you are playing with the youths of this country.
