2:54Now PlayingJustice HP Sandesh of the High Court of Karnataka on Monday said he was threatened with transfer after his remark against the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) that it had become a "collection centre". He was threatened with transfer for pulling up the additional director general of police (ADGP) of the Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB). He further stated that he was unfazed by such threats. The high court in its previous hearing had also pulled up the ACB, terming it a ‘centre of corruption’. This is a threat to the independence of judiciary and threat made to the court, he added.
