2:49Now PlayingOn Monday, the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights (NCPCR) requested a FIR for Shiv Sena MLA & son of Former Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Uddhav Thackeray, Aaditya Thackeray. In a letter to Mumbai police commissioner, NCPCR referred to complaints, accused Thackeray of using minors in a Save Aarey protest. According to them, this constituted a juvenile court law (child care and protection), a child and adolescent labor law (prohibition and regulation), Article 21 and criminal offenses under the IPC.
