According to the complainants, the promoters sold flats under a different ponding scheme like the submental scheme and many more. Flat bookings began in 2015-2017. The construction has yet not completed as per the committed timeline. The home buyers now say that they have complained about the situation to the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA), however no action has been taken. RERA has not notified the real estate company according to the conductor of the Karnataka home buyer’s forum.
