The seer was seen holding a meeting openly on Monday. While the saint has denied all the charges, calling them baseless and part of a conspiracy, the court is yet to hear the petition on September 1. The Seer has been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) act as the students who stayed at the Mutt's residential facility told the police that Dr. Shivamurthy had sexually assaulted them for over three and a half years. However, no arrest has been made yet. "State machinery has not protected those children," said Brinda Adige, an Activist raising concern on the show.
