They have accused her of hatching a conspiracy at the behest of a senior political leader and also received a large sum of money. In today's hearing SC posted a tough questions in front of Gujarat governement. The Gujarat government has filed an affidavit in the Supreme Court that the case against Teesta Setalvad is not solely based on the SC's decision but also there is strong evidence against Teesta Setalvad. She is also accused of falsifying evidence, tutoring witnesses, and criminal conspiracy in Gujrat riots. The Gujarat government has not named Ahmad Patel in the SC's affidavit but they have named Ahmad Patel in the affidavit files in Gujarat government's plea in session court.
