A construction elevator crashed while the construction work was in progress, which claimed the lives of seven labourers. When the elevator fell, there were eight people inside. One victim of the injury had been taken to a hospital. According to reports, the elevator caved in on the seventh floor. The Aspire-2 building was under development and was close to Gujarat University. The building belongs to a private developer. Seven men passed away on their property after a roof collapsed. The incident occurred about 7:30 in the morning, but the builder covered it up and didn't call the police until 11 am.
