The Supreme Court voiced its worries after hearing the Central Government's statement regarding how Ukrainian students who have returned to India are unable to complete their medical studies there. According to the Supreme Court, these students "cannot be left in a lurch" and the Center should look into a potential solution that would enable these students to resume their studies and pick up where they left off. In addition to resolving the problem, the SC suggested to the SG that the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare form a committee to investigate it and offer students any potential academic remedies.
