3:34Now PlayingPolice have filed a FIR against a man for allegedly raping a 12-year-old girl after she was discovered hurt on the grounds of a government guest house here, according to officials. Following the appearance online of what appears to be a video of the incident, the police reported that the FIR was filed on Tuesday. Meanwhile, The Uttar Pradesh police have detained the accused who were making videos of the victim. After seeing the girl covered in blood and writhing in agony on Sunday, the guest house security guard called the authorities. In response to the girl's complaint, a case has been opened under the POCSO Act and sections 376 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC), which deal with rape and attempted murder, respectively.
