On the particular request of the attorney for the appellant, the hearing on the accused's bail application was postponed, and a new date of December 16 was set for it to be heard after six weeks. Imam, Khalid, and other individuals have been detained by Delhi Police under the strict guidelines of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act due to their claimed involvement in a bigger plot that resulted in riots in the Northeast section of the national capital in February 2020.
