The one-line resolution was adopted unanimously, according to AICC in-charge for Himachal Pradesh Rajeev Shukla, who also announced that the party's observers, former Haryana CM Bhupinder Singh Hooda and Chief Minister of Chhattisgarh Bhupesh Baghel, would present their findings to the party's high command on Saturday. Pratibha Singh, the head of the state party, Mukesh Agnihotri, and Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, the head of the election campaign committee, arrived at the party office accompanied by their followers, who chanted in their favour. By capturing 40 of the 68 assembly seats, the Congress deposed the BJP in the hill state. The voting took place on November 12 and the results were announced on Thursday.
