The disorganized checking and rush in the lounge demonstrated the airport authorities' laxity. Passengers have complained about having to wait two to three hours in the clearance area before the flight's final departure. The guest for tonight, Capt Amit Singh, Founder - Safety Matters Foundation said, "Nobody has a bird's eye view of what is happening.
