Massive queues at immigration counters forced passengers to wait for over an hour. Passengers have expressed their disappointment on social media. Earlier, huge congestion was reported at the Delhi airport for more than a week. Union Aviation Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia also made a surprise visit to the IGI airport. He examined measures that were laid out over the last few days to ease congestion. Scindia-led aviation ministry put forth measures to manage the congestion at Delhi’s T3. The situation at Delhi airport has now eased. Under the new set of fixtures, airlines also advised passengers to arrive 3.5 hours before departure. Watch the video for more.
