Children Dying In Uzbekistan Consuming Indian Cough Syrup | Watch Exclusive With Randeep Guleria

In this episode of Urban Debate with Shreya Dhoundial, the anchor will be discussing 18 children death after consuming Indian made cough syrup. Uzbekistan following reports that 18 youngsters there had perished after ingesting cough medication made in India. The production of the cough medicine has been halted while an investigation is being conducted. On the recommendation of pharmacists, it appears that the syrup was administered to kids at home without a doctor's prescription in amounts that were higher than those recommended for kids. According to the ministry, it was discovered that the kids had been taking this syrup at home for two to seven days in quantities of 2.5 to 5 ml three to four times each day before being admitted to the hospital.
