After meeting with the L-G, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal accused Saxena of not cooperating, despite his request that politics be kept separate from governance matters. Kejriwal told a press conference that he had brought copies of the Constitution, the GNCTD Act, and the Motor Vehicles Act to his meeting with Saxena. According to Kejriwal, there are two types of subjects in Delhi: "reserved subjects," which include police, land, and public order and on which the LG can only make decisions, and "transferred subjects," which include all other matters.
