Pramod, 37, was hurt and taken to the trauma centre at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences. When he was visiting his neighbor's child's birthday party on Friday in Fatehpur Beri, he was struck in the face by the bullet reportedly fired by one Ranpal. According to a witness, accused Ranpal reportedly shot seven to eight rounds at Pramod. "The accused invited 7 to 8 other males to the birthday celebration with him. They rushed to the terrace and shot Pramod seven to eight times," stated Vinod, the victim's brother.
