19:21Now PlayingDelhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and his deputy Manish Sisodia claimed on Friday that L-G VK Saxena is "trying to block the file" once more amid the ongoing dispute over the teachers' training programme in Finland between the Delhi government and the Lt-Governor. AAP leaders, including Kalkaji MLA Atishi, protested in opposition to the situation outside the L-G House. The L-G House referred to the claims as "motivated" and "misleading" and declared, "The L-G has not rejected the concept of the training programme for primary-in-charges in Finland. Any assertion to the contrary is false and maliciously motivated. We are joined by a few panelists who will be expressing their views on this issue. "The Delhi govt and the Education Department would've done a cost-benefit analysis and there after only the file was sent to the L-G," says Dr Piyush Joshi, Political Analyst. "There's an anomaly in the law itself. As per the law the L-G is supreme & at the same time there's also an elected govt," says Smita Gupta, Senior Journalist.
