The finance minister made the announcement during her budget speech. "PM Vishwa Karma Kaushal Samman - package of help for traditional artisans and craftspeople has been devised," Sitharaman stated. Nirmala Sitharaman, Finance Minister, presented her fifth Budget on February 1 (Wednesday). This was her final full budget as FM in the Narendra Modi 2.0 government. In the last nine years, the Indian economy has grown from tenth to fifth largest in the world, we have made considerable progress in many SDGs, the economy has become much more structured, and efficient plan execution has resulted in inclusive development, she added.
