39:17Now PlayingOn Beyond the Headlines, with Tamanna Inamdar, we discuss the row that erupted in Parliament. In Lok Sabha speech, Rahul Gandhi brought up the Adani controversy. He questioned Adani's success over the previous eight years and alleged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to have "connection" with the tycoon. Rahul continued by claiming that laws were broken or altered to allow the gang to enter other industries. Additionally, he claimed that India's foreign policy was shaped to the billionaire's advantage. "The BJP modified the old regulation that only a corporation or individual with experience in aviation should be granted the job of developing airports after it assumed control of the government in 2014," Rahul Gandhi claimed. He also alleged that, Modi in connivance with CBI remove GVK and handed over the airports to Adani. We have Dr Shatorupa BJP Spokesperson along with J Sennimalai Congress MP, Manish Barriarr Political Analyst and Tehseen Poonawalla Polytical Analyst to present their point of views. "If Govt is clean and PM Modi is honest, why don't they form a Joint Parliamentary Panel to probe the 'Adani row," asked J Sennimala. "Rahul Gandhi instead of showing pictures, should show us facts," said Dr.Shatorupa, BJP. Listen in.
