2:18Now PlayingAccording to the latest update on Mirror Now, Two people were killed in a tragic accident in Mumbai's Bhandup West area on Sunday after a house collapsed during repair work in Khindipada, according to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC). The deceased have been identified as Rajkumar Dhotre, 19, and Ramanand Yadav, 18, according to the civic body. The incident occurred around 9.30 a.m., when a portion of the slab collapsed, trapping two underneath during ongoing repairs to a ground-plus-one-story structure. Later, personnel from the Mumbai Fire Brigade, police, and other authorities arrived on the scene to carry out the rescue operation, and the two injured youths were extracted from the rubble. However, when taken to the M.T. Agarwal Hospital, both teenagers were declared dead, according to the BMC.
