The 30-year-old batsman struggled to a forgettable individual score in India's second task at the Arun Jaitely Stadium after scoring 17 off 41 balls in the first innings of the second Test. The Indian opener was then bowled out for 1 run off 3 deliveries. India defeated Australia by a comfortable margin of 6 wickets in the second Test match. In the post-match press conference, Indian captain Rohit Sharma came to Rahul's assistance by saying that the team management was still persuaded of Rahul's suitability as a Test match opener. We are joined by sports commentator Nikhil Sharma who will be expressing his views on this issue. "As far as you know Venkatesh Prasad is concerned he has been fairly straightforward.
