Satyendar Jain, another member of Arvind Kejriwal cabinet who has been in jail for less than a year after being apprehended by the Enforcement Directorate in a money laundering case, also announced his resignation. During an eight-hour interrogation by the Central Bureau of Investigation, Sisodia, who presently oversees 18 of 33 agencies in the national capital, was taken into custody on Sunday. He filed a bail motion with the Supreme Court, and the court instructed him to go to the Delhi high court. Now, the AAP has chosen to appeal to the high court.
