Delhi L-G has forwarded to Chief Secretary a request by Congress leaders demanding inquiry under UAPA by NIA, National Investigation Agency. The Mallikarjun Kharge party wants Manish Sisodia, former deputy CM of Delhi, to be held under UAPA, Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, in the Snoopgate case. Sisodia is currently held for his alleged involvement in the Delhi Liquor policy scam. He recently resigned from his ministerial post and is presently in ED custody till March 17.
