Shahnawaz Alam was a fugitive from the Pune ISIS case and was already on the NIA's most-wanted list with a bounty of Rs 3 lakhs. His apprehension marks a major achievement for the Special Cell, as he had been living in Delhi after escaping Pune police custody.
