Part 3 | Reckless Ben Sued the WRONG Company and LOST | Lego Wars

Court records revealed that Reckless Ben sued the wrong company, failed to complete proper service, and never received the legal victory he advertised to millions.

Ben told viewers that he took Bricks & Minifigs to court and won. But when directly challenged, he admitted the court case was not actually won. The paperwork makes the situation even worse: the default judgment was denied because the company had not been properly served, and the LLC named in the lawsuit had reportedly been dissolved years earlier.

That means the viral “victory” was not a judgment against the operating store. It was a dismissed case involving improper service and apparently the wrong legal entity.

This does not automatically erase Ben’s underlying complaints about the LEGO collection, the police response, or the conduct of the people involved. But you cannot claim a courtroom victory when the court never ruled in your favor.
