Rodrigo Herzog, 41, of Miami, brazenly marched up to the panel at The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology event on May 23 and slapped New York doctor William Burke in the face twice, the Daily Mail reported.
Herzog accused Burke of “touching” his doctor wife while she was in medical school seven years ago.
Burke, the director of gynecologic oncology at Stony Brook University Cancer Center, had opened the panel to questions from the audience about their discussion when Herzog’s wife came forward and pointedly asked him if he follows industry guidelines regarding sexual misconduct.
