The commander and chief tapped Mike Waltz to be his United Nations ambassador while Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Bruce's boss, would fill Waltz’s former national security adviser post on an acting basis.
"It is clear that I just heard this from you," said Bruce to the reporter. "I have some insights as to the potential of certain things that might happen."
