2:09Now PlayingIranian pilgrims gathered in Mecca on Tuesday during the annual Hajj pilgrimage, chanting slogans critical of the United States and Israel amid heightened regional tensions. The gathering came as Israel carried out more than 120 airstrikes across Lebanon, according to Lebanese security sources, in one of the heaviest days of bombing in recent weeks as operations were expanded. The strikes have further strained a ceasefire announced on April 16 between Israel and Hezbollah, while Iran has accused the United States of violating a separate truce through strikes in southern Iran.
