First, the video illustrates the interaction with a grenade, you can see how the forcefields move the tree and result in more leaves. Next we see character interaction. As soon as the camera is getting closer to the tree, the tree starts to deform as it would in real life. Leave interaction provides again more realism. And if teh tree is hit very hard, the tree will of course destruct.
