On today’s Outkick the Show, Clay Travis commented on the non-story being promoted by Twitter as the top sports story in the United States. The “controversy” surrounding the “offensive” nickname of the Kansas City Chiefs is manufactured by Twitter Sports and illegitimate, said Travis, and “not real life.”

Clay Travis then discussed the Tennessee Titans and the decision facing them regarding their future quarterback. Clay proposed the question in a Twitter poll, asking which QB the Titans should pursue for next season: Tom Brady or Ryan Tannehill. The poll is currently right down the middle and, admittedly, and not an easy decision facing the Titans’ front office according to Travis.

Clay Travis also shared the NFL’s decision to take the next draft to Las Vegas at the Bellagio. It is Clay’s opinion that the decision is brilliant. “It is going to be phenomenal,” said Travis.

Clay Travis went on to share his opinion on The Athletic and their current valuation at $500 million. Clay wonders if someone will buy the company at its current valuation or if it will continue to grow in value.

Clay Travis continued by pointing out that Conor McGregor shared a tweet in support of President Trump calling him “quite possibly the GOAT.” Clay compared the media and their coverage of this compared to other athletes and celebrities who have come out in opposition to President Trump who are heavily covered by the media.

Clay Travis concluded by sharing the scathing criticism Hillary Clinton shared with The Hollywood Reporter when speaking of Bernie Sanders. Clay believes Clinton is accurate with her assessment of the senator.
