The ICE attorney asks the judge to throw out your case with no hearing and send you to a so-called safe third country. ✈️ Countries like Ecuador in the middle of an armed conflict, or Uganda, which imposes the death penalty on LGBTQ+ individuals. Some of these countries deport people back to the very place they originally fled. 🚨 These motions can drop at any point, and a judge may give you only days to respond.
