R2R Investigation: No Evidence of Military Presence At Minab School

On the first day of the U.S.-Israel war of aggression on Iran, at 11 am local time, tomahawk cruise missiles fired by the U.S. military struck an elementary school in the town of Minab. Minab is situated in southern Iran , near the Strait of Hormuz.

The attack killed 168 students and teachers. Most of the victims were little girls. The Trump regime initially denied any role in the attack and suggested that the Iranian military was responsible,. but U.S. military officials soon acknowledged that the U.S. was responsible for the school's destruction. U.S. officials claimed, however, that the attack was a 'mistake'.

On March 28, 2026, Dimitri Lascaris visited the ruins of the Minab school to investigate whether any part of the complex in which the school was situated was used for military purposes at the time of the attack. He also investigated whether any military facility was adjacent to the school.

Dimitri was accompanied by Australian author and educator, Tim Anderson, and American podcaster Ahmad Saadaldin, the host of Propaganda and Co. The three of them were joined by several Iranian journalists, including Ali Akbari of Press TV.
