So Rachel Notley, the anti-oil NDP premier of Alberta, had a press conference about Obama cancelling the Keystone XL pipeline..
She said she wasn’t upset that it was cancelled. She was just upset that Obama called it dirty oil. (But that’s what she’s been calling it for years.)
Anyway, just a few months ago she made it clear she was against Keystone XL herself.
