3:17Now PlayingEzra Levant of TheRebel.media says: Yesterday I told you that TransCanada abandoned their proposed oil terminal port facility in the Quebec town of Cacouna, because environmental extremists say it would be devastating to beluga whales.
In response, the premier of Quebec, a liberal named Phillipe Couillard, is hinting he might try to kill the entire pipeline if Quebec doesn’t get that port.
But last December, the same premier demanded that TransCanada NOT build the port, saying how much he cares about belugas!
