Good health doesn’t come from a syringe; it comes from nutrition, sanitation, good water, and having access to medical treatment. The WHO used to focus on doing that important work: helping impoverished communities with nutrition, sanitation, and economic development needs. It used to build local clinics to help treat diseases. Now, the WHO is more-or-less a facilitator for the pharmaceutical industry. It and a slew of NGOs make momentous public health-related decisions that intrude on American sovereignty. When I’m president, I’ll put an end to that.
