On March 14, the Maryland Senate on gave the green light for Johns Hopkins to form an armed police force to patrol its university and hospital campuses in Baltimore despite major concerns about the role the proposed law enforcement agency would play in communities surrounding Johns Hopkins.
On Wednesday, Dayvon Love, Director of Public Policy, Leaders of a Beautiful Struggle spoke to Roland Martin about the local community's concerns about a private police force patrolling their streets and what authority they would have over residents.
