Sen. Elizabeth Warren unveiled a massive plan that would erase student loan debt for millions of Americans and make public college free for millions of others.

Warren's plan would cost $1.25 trillion over 10 years and include a $640 billion in debt forgiveness. Warren plans to pay for the proposal with a tax on the ultra-rich.
