Off-Duty Cop Caught On Video Pointing Gun At A Black Man In Road Rage Incident The Officer Initiated

An off-duty California cop was caught on video detaining a man at gun point during a road-rage incident he instigated.

Video of the May 25 incident captured off-duty Officer Kevin Hachler standing over James Weaver with his gun drawn, while Weaver asks "You tried to run me off the road and pull a gun out on me, and you're a cop?"

Weaver and Rev. Shane Harris from The People's Alliance for Justice spoke with Roland Martin about this unbelievable instance of abuse of power.
