After Univ. Of Florida Player Collapses, Black Heart Doc Says Athletes That Had COVID Shouldn't Play

"This virus is not following any of the rules ..."

Kayontae Johnson, a forward for the University of Florida collapsed during a game against Florida state earlier this month. He has since been released from the hospital, however the cause of the collapse remains unknown.

Johnson tested positive for COVID-19 over the summer leading some to believe his collapse is linked to the virus.

Dr. Wallace Johnson, Cardiology Chair with the National Medical Association and Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of Maryland spoke to Roland Martin during Wednesday's edition of #RMU about impact COVID may have had on Jonson and if athletes who tested positive for COVID-19 should continue to play.
