Cuomo had engaged in "unwanted and nonconsensual touching, groping, kissing and sexual comments."* He "officially" harassed eleven women, and now that he has re-evaluated himself for the millionth time, likely because there were calls for impeachment, his resignation will become effective August 24. Lt. Gov. Kathy Hochul will then become New York's first governor.
