Sam Seder: so as you know Steve Bannon was referred to the DOJ for criminal contempt of Congress and the DOJ has moved forward with that case. And this is really important because congress needs the ability to compel people to come and testify in front of them. you can still take the fifth, but you need to be able to compel people to show up or congress really can't perform its function of oversight and regulation. And so Steve Bannon will face a jury trial he went in front of a Donald Trump-appointed court, Imean judge Carl Nichols. U.S. district court in Washington and judge Carl Nichols has ruled after hearing from federal prosecutors and lawyers for Bannon that the trial will be scheduled to last two weeks. And we'll start guess when?
