Trumpcare would take us back to that time. It cuts Medicaid and Medicare by $880 billion and will health care unaffordable for the 2.6 million Marylanders with pre-existing conditions—just so Republicans can provide a huge windfall tax break to insurance companies and the wealthiest people in America.
