Aug 7, 20173:55Now PlayingBack in February, Ivanka Trump traveled to Baltimore to visit the Raymond V. Haysbert Center for Entrepreneurship to show her support for minority-owned and women-owned small businesses. I attended the opening of this Center last fall and was pleased to see Ms. Trump's interest.
So you can imagine my surprise when the Trump Administration budget proposed to completely eliminate funding for the federal program that was used to launch the Center visited by Ivanka Trump. It appears to be yet another example of the Trump Administration saying one thing, but doing another. That’s why I asked Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross to revisit this decision immediately.
