He told Sophy Ridge that "too much" was given to the EU in the agreement.
Mr Duncan Smith also said he would not be voting the deal up when it is put to Parliament for a 'meaningful vote'.
Theresa May has penned an open letter to the public in an attempt to drum up support for her deal, writing that the agreement will work "for our whole country and all of our people".
