Speaking virtually at a summit in Kyiv, Sir Keir Starmer says that it's right "to mark this grim anniversary together".

The prime minister says the voices of the Ukrainian people "must be at the heart of the drive for peace", adding that "Russia does not hold all the cards in this war".

Sir Keir also says Donald Trump has "changed the global conversation" recently, and a "US backstop will be vital to deter Russia from launching another invasion".
