How did Saladin rise from obscurity to conquer the Crusaders and establish his own dynasty? In this video (Part 3 of 5), we examine the failure of the Crusaders to disrupt Saladin's expansion, noting the various strategic and political missteps that eventually placed them in a highly-vulnerable position.
