4:27Now PlayingFrancesca is joined this week by comedian Brandie Posey (@brandazzle), and Brandie tells us what’s really been chappin’ her ass lately: This antimasker preacher named Sean Feuct came to LA and took his stupid acoustic Christian songs to Skid Row and Echo Park to “help” the homeless population there. Los Angeles has a longstanding, MASSIVE, incredibly challenging homelessness problem (realistically, it’s a combination of so many problems that it takes a huge effort from many organizations just to scratch the surface of meeting some very basic needs for the people living in these areas), and they did not need one Sean Feucht to try to solve it with no mask and a guitar. Local pastors and preachers specifically asked Feucht NOT to come and create a spectacle, with his no-mask, his guitar, and his maskless followers in tow. To the surprise of no one, he did not listen. Now he’s off to Texas! Surely he’ll spread more Covid there, but perhaps those people will have a say in whether or not they attend his plague concerts.
