For everyone not in LA, there was a near disaster that happened last week. In Garden Grove, there was a chemical tank that came very close to either exploding or leaking toxic gases into Orange County. As a result, 40,000 people had to be evacuated from Garden Grove just in case. Terrifying stuff!
But hey, I’m sure that weird molten plastic chemical at this facility is being produced for good reasons that directly benefit the Garden Grove community… what’s that? It’s being used to build parts for F-35 fighter jets that are going to be sent to Israel? I hate it here… If there is any silver lining, it is that this incident has moved the community into action, calling for an arms embargo and demands to get GKN out of Garden Grove.
